The primary goals in this class are for you to feel safe and secure when handling and carrying a gun. It is also important for you to feel the security of knowing that you can protect yourself and your family if necessary. I believe a gun trumps all other weapons with the exception of the human intellect. With this in mind, you will learn not only how to effectively use your weapon but also train you on how to think when a dangerous situation occurs. I believe that being proactive and carrying a gun can be very important for your safety. Calling 911 will get a report written but it probably will not save your life.
